My name is Tony Cook and I’m a profoundly physically disabled 29 year old man. I have Cerebral Palsy which stops me from physically talking and walking.

I also got Dystonia which makes my body twist uncontrollable and give me severe uncontrollable spasms and movements. In January 2011 I went through a cutting edge brain operation to control my unwanted movements and spasms. So far so good!

I need help from you please to raise £5,277 for this Communication Aid that is in this photo. It is called Tellus 4 from Techcess. I had it on loan for two weeks in February, and I found it very beneficial.

As many of you will know before Christmas I brought a different communication aid, but it was a great disappointment, because it went wrong so many times; I sent it back and got a refund. I have already have £4,450, so I need to raise £875. I’m very sure with your help I will raise the money.

Tellus 4 is designed to take knocks and it is rainproof. It has a Sunlight Readable display which makes it easy for me to communicate inside and out. With my old communication aid it is impossible to see anything on the screen when I am outside. It is also needs regular repairs as it is 7 years old.

I need your help to raise the money by arranging sponsored activities like, runs, walks, Quiz nights etc. or something a bit different. Please ask your family, friends, schools, college mates, university mates and workplaces to help. Or you can donate raffle prizes!
